我园于10月16日开展了同课同构音乐教研活动，通过今天的同课同构教研活动，两位老师们收获颇丰，对自己的教学方法也有了新的见解。

荆老师和小史老师以有情节、有角色的音乐游戏出发，让孩子们参与体验、共同游戏、在玩中学，学中玩。两位老师以同一个教学内容、同一种课堂结构、同一种教学设计、同一个教学课件组织教学活动，但在她们不同的领悟中，展现出不同的教学理解、教学风格和教学智慧，从而呈现出不同的教学效果，让活动“同中有异”。

集体教学结束后，老师们进行了集体式的研讨。通过授课教师的自评、互评以及听课教师之间的讨论，授课教师从中获得了丰富的经验，同时也在观察、比较、分析的过程中得到发展。
