孩子们升到大班，成为了幼儿园里最大的哥哥姐姐，这一角色的转变使孩子们充分体验到成长的快乐与长大自豪。为了让他们进一步感受到自己长大了，大班年级组开展了丰富多彩的大带小活动，以进一步萌发大班幼儿做哥哥姐姐的光荣感和爱护帮助弟弟妹妹的情感，同时帮助弟弟妹妹能更快更好地适应集体生活，体验到在园的快乐。

在亲密的相处时间里，大小朋友们一起其乐融融，获得了一份与往不同的生活经验和交往体验。在哥哥姐姐们的热心带领下，托小班的孩子体会到了快乐和温暖，感受了基本的交往技能。哥哥姐姐们也在帮助弟弟妹妹的同时，感受到了照顾人的快乐，从小懂得关心他人，关心身边的事，提高了责任感。大带小活动，也是我园爱幼护幼的美德教育特色活动之一。
