宋幼之大班跳绳记

跳绳运动,古称“跳百索”,在我国有着悠久的历史。它是一项集游戏,锻炼于一体的全身性、综合性运动项目,是一项比较剧烈的全身性活动,跳绳时“摇绳”能锻炼臂力、“跳绳”能锻炼腿劲、“快摇”能发展速度、而“多跳”能提高耐力、此外可以促进动作的协调性、增强人体心血管,呼吸和神经系统的功能,经常跳绳,对促进幼儿运动器官和内脏机能的发育有着重要作用,尤其对发展弹跳力和提高灵敏、协调、速度、耐力等身体素质具有显著的效果,对幼儿身体素质提高以及体质的增强都有一定的好处。

Rope skipping is known as "jump 100 cable", and has a long history in China. It is a set of games and can greatly exercise one’s body. Comprehensive sports is a more intense whole body activity.  Respiratory and nervous system functions often are included in skipping rope, to promote the development of young children's motor organs and viscera function that has an important role. Especially for the development of spring force and improve agility, co-ordination, speed, endurance and other physical qualities. Such activities have a significant effect on the improvement of children's physical quality benefits and physical enhancement as well


大班幼儿各方面动作发展协调,幼儿能熟练掌握跳绳的技能,学会跳绳,是我园大班幼儿年龄阶段的一项体育运动项目。因此,幼儿进入大班后,都要开始练习跳绳。

Development and co-ordination of all aspects within children's movements, children can skillfully master the skills of skipping by learning to skip rope, children’s age in the kindergarten is at a perfect stage of a sports project. Therefore, the children in the big class, should begin to practice skipping.

一次次的跳绳练习让孩子都有了收获。孩子们在练习中看到自己的成绩、看到了“劳动”的成果,他们面对自己的成绩非常的开心;跳绳也深受我园大班幼儿的喜欢。

The rope skipping practice will let the children have a harvest of these development skills. The children saw their achievements in the practice and saw the results of the "labor". They were very happy to face their achievements. Skipping is also very popular with my kindergarten's children.
