【园本教研】开展语言领域同课同构观摩研讨活动

今天,中班的索老师和小雪老师以同课同构的形式开展了语言公开活动,活动名称是《啪啦啪啦——砰》两位老师考虑到中班孩子们的年龄特点,所以采用情景阅读的方式,运用多媒体课件,创设情境,引导幼儿开展阅读活动。通过小鼹鼠找家时发出的“啪啦啪啦——砰”的声音线索中,可以让孩子们了解地底下的各种不同的植物,共同探索奇妙的植物世界。

Today, teacher Suo and Xiaoxue of the middle class carried out an open language activity. The name of the activity was "Para Pala-Bang." The two teachers took into account the age of the middle class children, so the situational reading method and multimedia courseware were used to create situations to guide children in reading activities. Through the sound clues of "Papapa-Pang" when the Mole finds home, children can learn about different plants under the ground and explore the wonderful plants world together.

观摩活动结束后,两名任课老师就本次活动目标的制定、已有经验和新经验获得、教学策略的运用以及师幼互动效果情况和幼儿活动中的表现等各方面进行了细致的反思。参与观摩的老师也就活动中两位老师的语言设计、师幼互动等情况,发表了自己的想法和建议。相信在这样真诚交流、相互学习的园风带动下,每个人都能完善自己,不断进步,成长的更快。

After the observing activity, the two teachers made detailed reflections on the objectives of the activity, the acquisition of existing and new experience, the use of teaching strategies, the effect of teacher-child interaction, and the performance in children's activities. The teachers who participated in the observation also expressed their own ideas and suggestions on the language design and teacher-child interaction of the two teachers during the event. I believe that, driven by this style of sincere communication and mutual learning, everyone can improve themselves, make continuous progress, and grow faster.
