为了加强教师岗位练兵，造就一支高素质的教师队伍，全面提升教师的专业技能，促进教师专业化成长，形成教师之间互相学习，共同成长的良好氛围，宋庆龄国际幼儿园常州园于2019年12月12日中午开展了新教师说课考核活动，本次考核评委是邀请了姊妹园的园领导以及我园教研组两位组长进行考核评分。

说课中，每位教师都表现出积极饱满的精神状态，展现出我园新教师的风采。老师们选取幼儿语言领域——《艾玛与风》，以说课形式展示了教学内容，从设计意图、教材分析、目标定位、活动准备、活动重点难点、教法学法、活动流程、活动延伸等几个方面，以轻松自如的教态和富有感染力的语言，进行生动的演示解说，充分展示了自己学习理论、研究教材和设计教学的能力，每位老师说课结束后会进行一个两分钟现场答辩。

During the lecture, each teacher showed a positive and full mental state, showing the grace of the new teachers in our garden. Teachers selected the field of children's language-"Emma and the Wind" to show the teaching content in the form of lectures, from design intent, textbook analysis, goal positioning, activity preparation, activity key and difficult points, teaching method, activity process, activity extension, etc. Vivid demonstrations were given, which fully demonstrated their ability to learn theory, research textbooks and design teaching.
