“习惯养得好，终生受其福”，建立幼儿自我服务意识以及培养幼儿的自理能力，成为了幼儿园重要的工作。针对小班的幼儿，我园小班级的老师在工作中严格遵循幼儿身心发展的规律，注重个体差异，采用多样方法，对幼儿进行自理能力的培养。

“good habits, life by its blessing ", the establishment of children's self-service consciousness and cultivate children's self-care ability. It has become an important work of the kindergarten. The small class children, our kindergarten class teacher in the work environment strictly follow the law of children's physical and mental development as well as pay attention to individual differences and adopt various methods to cultivate children's self-care ability.

走进托小班的教室里，都能看到掌握了较好的日常生活常规的孩子们那忙碌的身影，成为独当一面的“小大人”。各班老师充分利用集体教学活动及一日生活活动，通过正面示范，让幼儿看清自理的正确方法，用简短易明的提示，让幼儿了解完成基本动作的要领，然后让幼儿去模仿、练习。树立榜样，促进同伴学习应用生动有趣的语言，例如：简短的儿歌，激起幼儿学习一些枯燥的劳动技能的兴趣和愿望，督促幼儿完成自我服务的劳动。

Into the small class of the classroom one can see a better grasp of the routine of daily life of the children that keep themselves a busy figure, become the “little adults " .The teachers of each class make full use of the collective teaching activities and daily life activities. Through positive demonstration, let the children see the correct way of self-care and set an example. We promote peer learning and application of lively and interesting language, such short nursery rhymes, arouse children's interest and desire to learn some boring labor skills, urge children to complete the work of self-service.

通过这一学期的探索与实践，托小班幼儿生活自理能力逐渐形成，大大提高了幼儿的责任感、自信心，以及自己处理问题的能力，让他们在独立自主的道路上迈出了新的步伐！

Through this semester's exploration and practice the small class children's self-care ability gradually is formed and greatly improving the children's sense of responsibility, self-confidence and the ability to deal with their own problems so that they take new steps on the road of independence!
